"The foals are born black or brown and turn white over a period of four years. In the evening glow, the humid air of the Rhone delta and the Mediterranean sea turns everything peach color. Egrets are companions and help the hoses by eating insects. They can even ride the horses backs while they are moving along quite rapidly, then they fly alongside or land in the grass." Karen
